You also can't go wrong with the classic pairing of dark chocolate and strawberry in the flakey, buttery, and two-toned Dark Chocolate Strawberry Croissant (P185).



The Créme Brûlèe Croissant (P170) takes the buttery croissant to the next level with a filling of vanilla crème diplomat, a caramelized-sugar shell, and a sprinkling of Tibuok salt.


Another decadent treat is the Flan Parisien (P165) with a rich vanilla custard baked in the center of a buttery laminated dough.


Don't forget to add the classics: the Kouign Amann (P140) with swirling layers of brioche dough, butter, and sugar baked to perfection and glazed with caramelized sugar; and the Pain Au Chocolat (P160) with chocolate batons rolled and baked into a buttery, flakey croissant.
