Red Hotel Room Tour On My Mom’s Birthday | MarkMyName

Sometimes, I run out of ideas on how I treat my mom for her birthday. This year’s treat was very spontaneous for her since I really don’t know where to bring her. Its been a yearly tradition that on her birthday she takes at least 2 days off at work to rest. So it’s a little pressure for me to make sure its worth the break.

Its very affordable and the room is just right for its price. Though, some have reservations on checking in sa Cubao because of its perceived image. Malinis naman ito at decent.

Watch our room tour vlog to have an idea of their room amenities.

Over all the room is good for a family staycation. Fair price and access to Aranete Center is easy. Ang tanging macocomment ko lang ay medyo matagal ang service sa front desk. And the breakfast buffet is just so so. Tip, don’t avail the breakfast buffet na if you plan to go out the next day, check out other restaurants sa Araneta center area.

To Bar Examiners 2019

Passed by UST today and it’s the start of Bar Exam.

I see a crowd cheering for their fellows despite the distance from the exam room. I hear loud voices and excitement from a silent prayer.

I hear hopes and vision of a beautiful tomorrow. I felt camaraderie and love.

I am not part of this exam nor supporting someone yet but I want to be part of the prayers and cheers!

I cheer for all the hardworks of these law students. I shout for glory and victory for all the days and nights of continuous studying and learning the laws that should be implemented in my dear country.

I cheer for the parents who never gave up to pursue their children’s dream of becoming a lawyer.

I pray for a peaceful exam process. Fair and just.

More than anything, I pray that this bar exam will bear good God fearing lawyers of this country

Good Taste Baguio | Honest Food Review | MarkMyName

Sometimes you don’t need to be fooled by the name. Taste is always relevant to one’s preference. My favorites might not be the as yours. Same principle applies to the name of the restaurant or the dish we order.

In this case, Good Taste in Baguio City. Philippines has this quite interesting bame that to me somehow does not reflect to all their dishes. Well again it is relative to one’s preference.

The restaurant caters to huge amount of tourists everyday. Apart from it having a good value for money impression it caters Filipino food staples.

On this trip, we tried pansit, buttered chicken and lumpia. I have been to Baguio several times but this vlog is 100 % legit first time to try Good Taste restaurant. Luckily, we went there early for breakfast because after we left, there’s already a long line outside waiting to get in.

What Shapes You? Happy World Pasta Day 2019 | MarkMyName

Pastas come in all shapes and sizes. There are the familiar favorites – spaghetti, macaroni, and
lasagna – and there are also the more unique ones like the bowtie-shaped farfalle, the spiraled
fusilli, and many more.

For San Remo Philippines, pastas are more than just wonderfully shaped noodle varieties. For
them, pasta is the secret ingredient that shapes great family bonding experiences and
memorable moments.

Pasta is undoubtedly an endearing favorite that has shaped how Filipinos bond. They have
been part of numerous family dinners, romantic dinner dates, and even as baon lovingly
prepared by Filipino moms everywhere.

To celebrate World Pasta Day and highlight the Filipinos’ affinity for the scrumptious mealtime
staple, San Remo asks “What Shapes You?” because pasta can mean so much to different
people. It’s a childhood favorite, a dinner-time staple, and the ultimate party meal all rolled into
one hot and heaping bowl.
