Garlic Bagoong Pasta | What’s Cooking | MarkMyName

Yes MamSer! Mahilig ka rin ba sa pasta? Try mo ‘tong Garlic Bagoong Pasta with Barrio® Fiesta Bagoong with Garlic Bits. Pwede ang Bagoong sa pasta! Gulat ka noh?  Ako rin eh! Pwedeng pang ordinaryong araw or pang handa ngayong Chinese New Year. Maiba naman! 

Nagulat din ako sa pasta recipe experiment ko na ito. In fairness to Barrio® Fiesta Bagoong with Garlic Bits. It gives this dish a different dimension of flavors. For quick reference, if you like adding a little anchovies or shrimp sa pasta ito ang hack or recipe for you.

#SarapNgPurongAlamang ang Barrio Fiesta Bagoong with Garlic Bits. Added factor din yung pa-real garlic. Saka tamang tama ang lasa hindi sobrang alat at hindi din matamis. Sure ka pang puro at malinis.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Barrio Fiesta Bagoong with Garlic Bits
200g of Fettuccine Pasta
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup or 1 whole minced white onion
1 cup cubed fresh tomatoes 
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp dried oregano 
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 
1/2 pasta water

Procedure:
- Cook pasta per package instructions.
- Sauté garlic, onions, tomatoes and 
- Add tomato sauce and Barrio Fiesta Bagoong with Garlic Bits.
- Season with black pepper, red pepper flakes and dried oregano.
- Add pasta water and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and add cooked pasta.
- Top with toasted garlic and extra teaspoon of Barrio Fiesta Bagoong with Garlic Bits.
- Serve and Enjoy!
